The Tampa Bay Rays knocked off the New York Yankees, 6-5, at Tropicana Field. William Gray was a big reason Tampa Bay won. The second baseman was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 2 times. Tampa Bay reliever Aaron Ashby picked up the win, upping his record to 4-3. Harrison Beethe shouldered the loss. The win makes Tampa Bay 69-61.
