Twins Come Up Short at Colorado, 9-8
Despite a fine performance by catcher Richard Edwards, the Minnesota Twins lost to the Colorado Rockies, 9-8. Edwards was 3-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Krishawn Holley, credited with the save, is now 39 for 45 in save opportunities. Colorado now has a record of 103-57 with the win.

With two out in the bottom of the seventh, Keston Hiura had a game-changing hit. The Rockies designated hitter slammed a run-scoring single off Lee Young, making the score 9-8, Colorado.
