Mayer Stars for Chihuahuas in 8-1 Win
|
El Paso catcher Stephen Mayer was a significant contributor in his team's 8-1 triumph over the Round Rock Express. He went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for El Paso. The winning pitcher was Braxton Ashcroft. His record is now 3-1.
