Express Get One-Run Win at Wichita
The Wichita Wind Surge got a superb performance from pitcher Ed Petty. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Round Rock. The Express won the game, 3-2. Petty threw 6.0 innings allowing 3 runs. Reliever Luis Escobar picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Ed Petty took the loss. Paul Taylor finished to wrap up his 5th save.

Round Rock used the timely hitting of Misael Urbina to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Express on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"It feels good to get this one," Urbina told the Round Rock Chronicle.

With the victory, the Express upped their record to 65-61.
