Oakland-Cleveland Announce Deal Wednesday, March 6th , 2024 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Oakland Athletics and the Cleveland Guardians have agreed to a deal that will have 23-year old RF Luke Musgrave heading to Cleveland in exchange for 22-year old RHP Mick Abel. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. Oakland will retain a portion of Musgrave's remaining contract. Musgrave is hitting the ball at a .237 clip over his career. In 192 games he has delivered 175 hits, 30 home runs with 107 RBIs and scored 80 times. |
