SS LeConte Given 2-Game Suspension Monday, April 22nd , 2024 Sounds shortstop Brooks LeConte was incensed after being suspended for 2 games by the commissioner's office following a heated argument the day before in the Nashville-Oklahoma City game at First Tennessee Park. He was thrown out of the game for arguing a strike call. The league office cited LeConte for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct," which included throwing his hat at the umpire several times. LeConte is currently batting .143 with no home runs and 1 RBIs. |
