No Late-Season Magic Coming: Reading Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 6th , 2023 The playoff picture is continuing to come into focus in Eastern League and this year, the postseason won't include the Reading Fightin Phils. The team today was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. The Fightin Phils are still searching for their first playoff appearance. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 12 seasons in the EL. |
