Royals Get 4-1 Win Versus Chicago
|
The game between Kansas City and Chicago is in the books, despite a little rain.
Behind an impressive start by Vince Scripp, Kansas City beat Chicago, 4-1. Kansas City is now 84-73, Chicago 106-51.
Pete Hansel had a critical at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for Kansas City. He came through with a 2-run single to put Kansas City in front, 3-0.
