Brewers Pitching Ravaged by van Pelt Wednesday, November 1st , 2051 Konrad van Pelt said "it felt like taking batting practice" today at Kindrick Legion Field, and it showed in the box score. The Washington (APP) catcher had a fantastic 5-for-5 day against the Helena Brewers, leading his club to victory, 11-3. "I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," van Pelt said later." Konrad van Pelt hit a solo-shot off David Parker in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th. For the year van Pelt has hit at a .383 clip with 100 RBIs, 40 home runs and 110 runs scored. |
