Week's #1 Player Honored by NL Monday, June 17th , 2052 It was announced today that Washington (APP) center fielder Jess Thomas has been acclaimed by the National League as the Player of the Week for his outstanding play last week. Thomas posted a .545 batting average as he collected 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 4 home runs and 10 RBIs. So far this year Thomas is batting .354 with 10 home runs. |
