"Gosh, it's a shame we didn't win this game," Mills said later. For the day, the Arizona right fielder went 3-for-5 against Milwaukee with 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting. "I was in a groove and every pitch they tossed up there looked like a basketball," he said. "I tell you what, I was surprised because I didn't think the last ball had enough to get out. I thought it was just going to be a long out." Ron Mills hit a solo-shot off Drew Rickelman in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Drew Rickelman in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Drew Rickelman in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
