Minnesota picked up a win at Buzzy Stevens Park, toppling the Idaho Spuds, 12-3. Pitcher Dave Sewell was one of the reasons the Wolves triumphed. The Wolves have an impressive 78-45 record.

The Wolves got a big at-bat from center fielder Miguel Hernández, who in the bottom of the seventh hit a grand slam home run. It was his 12th home run of the season and put the Wolves on top, 9-1.

"I still think this team can play even better," Hernández told the Minnesota Observer.
