Admirals Tack 2-0 Loss on Bears

The Maryland Admirals got a magnificent performance from pitcher Duarte Semedo, who stifled the New Jersey offense en route to a 2-0 Admirals win at Bear Den at Waterfront Park. The loss makes New Jersey 2-5.
With two out in the top of the seventh, Rickey Jones had a game-changing hit. The Admirals left fielder slammed a run-scoring single off Chris Evans, making the score 2-0, Maryland.
"We didn't score," said losing manager . "That was the problem."
