Patriots Pull Even With 6-4 Victory
The Massachusetts Patriots topped the Minnesota Wolves, 6-4, in Founding Fathers League action at Glory Field. The standout performance belonged to Massachusetts pitcher and Chicago, Illinois, native Pedro Rojas. Chad Farr, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 4th save. The 4th-place Patriots have won 5 consecutive games.

The Patriots got a big at-bat from second baseman Mario Acosta. For the game, Acosta was 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Massachusetts a 4-2 lead.
