Freedom Heading to League Championship Series
The Pennsylvania Freedom took time to celebrate with the Pennsylvania fans who stuck around after the game, following the team's Divisional Series triumph over the Maryland Admirals.

Members of the Freedom hung around chatting, high-fiving and taking pictures with the Pennsylvania fans in attendance at Admirals Yard, long after the last pitch had been thrown in their 6-2 win to seal the series 4-2.

"We've got great fan support," said catcher Mario González. "Whether we're at home or on the road, the fans support us. So we wanted to show them how important that is to us. Some Maryland fans that were there even congratulated us on the win."

For the series, González hit .409 with a .458 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, 3 RBI and scored 4 runs.

Things weren't so cordial on the Admirals side of things. Their clubhouse was closed to media after the game and all players and coaches quickly dressed and left the stadium after the end to their season.

The League Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
