Wolves Stumble, Lose to Scorpions
The Utah Scorpions racked up a win at Great Western Ballpark, bumping off the Minnesota Wolves, 8-3. Brian Bacon, who started for Utah, pitched effectively for his team. The winning pitcher was Bacon, now 11-2. He tossed 7 innings of 3-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 8. Utah has now won 3 straight, while the Wolves have lost 3 in a row.
