GEL Names Rookie Star of the Month Wednesday, October 1st , 2098 Germano Aniceto's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Utah first baseman has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In September he was voted the Rookie of the Month. During the month he hit .282 with 10 doubles, no triples and 4 home runs. Aniceto also scored 15 times and drove in 10 runs. In his stats this season, Aniceto has posted a batting average of .245 with 134 hits in 546 at-bats, 22 home runs and 68 RBIs. He has also scored 68 runs, walked 71 times and compiled a .333 OBP. |
