Kansas Advances to League Semi-Finals Tuesday, October 12th, 2083 The fans in Kansas are celebrating the Storm victory over the Colorado Rams in the League Quarter-Finals. They defeated the Colorado Rams 2-1 in the finale played at New Storm Field to capture the series 4-1. Alfredo López was chosen the series' Most Valuable Player. The Storm shortstop batted .389, drove in 5 runs and scored 2 runs in the series. "The Rams are a good club and I don't mean any disrespect to their pitching staff, but things just felt easy this series," López said. "Everything at the plate seemed right."
