Quebec's Latour to Miss Season Monday, June 16th , 2087 The season is finished for Joe Latour of the Quebec Citadelles. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Citadelles reliever suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Pennsylvania Freedom. Team doctors said it would take at least 8 months to heal. Latour has pitched 25.2 innings and molded a 2.10 ERA with no saves. He has surrendered 17 hits while registering 28 strikeouts on his way to a 2-3 record for the Citadelles this year. |
