Saginaw Hopeless Against Varela Sunday, July 6th , 2098 Luis Varela spun his magic in a 5-0 shutout victory at Ballpark of Saginaw today, leading the Allentown Army to victory, 5-0 over the Saginaw Spirit. The Allentown pitcher put quite a spell on Saginaw in a strong performance, allowing 2 hits while totaling no walks and 5 strikeouts. "I had a lot of good things working in this one," Varela said.
