The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. The Pros have missed the playoffs 62 times in their 69 years as a All-American League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2095. In the last 10 seasons, the Pros have only made the playoffs once. Newport has won the Round 2 2 times in their history. |
