The Northern League calls him the winner of the Reliever of the Year Award for 2098.

The LaCrosse Rivermen relief specialist out of Horn Lake, Mississippi, won the award with 31 saves in 54 relief appearances, 84 strikeouts in 74.1 innings and 22 walks.

He compiled a record of 8 wins and 3 losses and had a 1.57 ERA.

He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Matt Wells of the Duluth Bulldogs finished second in voting, while Terry Palmer of the Plymouth Pilgrims finished third.
