Clooneys Gonzalo Guerrero to Miss Year Monday, July 7th , 2098 Gonzalo Guerrero of the Clooneys just might have to call it quits for the season. The 23-year-old Augusta starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Twin Falls Rattlers recently at Clooneys Ballpark. Guerrero suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch. The Clooneys medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 10-11 months. Guerrero has made 0 starts this season, posting no wins and no losses. Opposing clubs are batting .288 against him and he has 46 strikeouts in 69.1 innings with a 4.93 ERA. |
