|
Tennessee starter Hilton Franklin put a stranglehold on the Virginia offense. The right-hander had complete command of his curveball in leading the Hounds to a 2-1 win. The win has Tennessee at 65-94.
Franklin subdued the Virginia offense. The Tennessee right-hander allowed a mere 3 hits over 8 innings, while fanning 10. His season record goes to 10-14 with the win.
