García Hits 2 home runs in Flamingos Win
The Florida Flamingos topped the Louisiana Blaze, 5-2, in Founding Fathers League action at Pelican Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Florida third baseman Enrique García. Kenny Hembrow, the winning pitcher, improved to 12-13. He pitched 6.2 innings, giving up 3 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 0. With the victory, the Flamingos upped their record to 82-80.

With Florida leading 1-0 in the top of the fourth, García hit a fastball from Kato Obazaluma for a 3-run home run. It was his 10th home run of the season and put the Flamingos ahead, 4-0.

"I really like what we did out there today," García said after the game.
