Baltimore Moves on to Division Series
|
All playoffs end with joy on one side and despair on the other. Today, the Baltimore Orioles are the ones feeling overwhelmed with excitement, and the Seattle Mariners are the ones thinking about what they could have done differently.
The Orioles took a 2-1 victory at Oriole Park at Camden Yards today, which gave Baltimore a 3-1 series win.
With the win, Baltimore will advance to play in the Division Series.
"We aren't ready to go home yet," said Orioles right fielder Dave Castanada, who was named series MVP.
The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcard Round finishes.
