Pioneers Take Down Red Sox, 9-4
The New Jersey Pioneers topped the Boston Red Sox by the score of 9-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to right fielder Trevor Larnach. Larnach was 6-9 with a home run, a double, 4 singles, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Pioneers on the day. The winner was Adbert Alzolay in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Josh Henderson took the loss. The win lifted the New Jersey record to 32-19.

Danny O'Neal hit a run-scoring double off Josh Henderson in the top of the 19th, which put the Pioneers in front, 5-4. In addition to the double, O'Neal had 1 single and 2 walks, while going 2 for 7.

"I still think this team can play even better," Larnach told the New Jersey Daily.
