Kansas City Royals starter Esteban Ramos worked his magic, as he helped his team defeat the Minnesota Twins, 4-0. Kansas City reliever Esteban Ramos got the win, raising his record to 11-2. Jose Corniell was tagged with the loss. Today's win puts Kansas City at 67-36, while Minnesota falls to 40-62.
Mike Mikula hit a 2-run triple off Jose Corniell in the bottom of the fifth, which put the Royals in front, 2-0. Mikula had 2 singles, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 3 for 4.
