Rangers Lose 6-4 Decision to Rockies
Texas third baseman Tony Salgado was sensational. He went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and a walk, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Colorado beat the Rangers, 6-4. Picking up the save was Robby Happ, his 1st. Colorado has now won 5 games in a row.

The Rangers had been locked in a 2-2 tie with the Rockies going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the two-time All-Star Yeancarlos Martin came to the plate. Martin hit a run-scoring double on a 2-1 changeup from Texas hurler Korey Kinney. It was Martin's 39th double of the year.

"This team is real focused right now," said Colorado manager Weston Rockies.
