American League Central Division Won: Kansas City Crowned Monday, September 16th , 2030 Jon Cohen said it takes "a lot of dedication and sacrifice" to win a division title. That's why he and his Kansas City Royals teammates were so excited to celebrate their American League Central Division championship today. "It's been a team effort all year long," he said. "You don't get to this point without the guys in the room believing in what we're doing." That belief has paced the club to a 95-54 record on the season. It is the club's 9th American League Central Division championship and puts them in position for their 3rd Major League Baseball championship. "It's a talented bunch in that room," the team's skipper said, pointing to his celebrating players. "I wouldn't bet against us." |
