Moody Grabs AA NE Top Pitcher Trophy Monday, July 1st , 2030 The pick for the Double-A Northeast's best pitcher in June is relief specialist, Jonathon Moody. The Trenton pitcher compiled a great month to take home the award. "I just go out there and try and get the job done," Moody told the press. "Things worked out real well last month and I appreciate the recognition." The 24-year-old reliever threw 28.1 innings in no relief appearances as he piled up no saves, 16 strikeouts, and notched a 5-0 record and 1.91 ERA for the month. This season Moody has made no relief appearances with no saves. In 38.2 innings he has fanned 24 hitters and recorded 6 wins and 1 loss with a 3.03 ERA. |
