Thunder Robbins Sizzles with Cycle Tuesday, July 2nd , 2030 Some days everything just falls in place. It all came together for Steve Robbins and the Trenton Thunder today at Dunkin' Donuts Park. The Thunder went home winners and the right fielder had a 4-for-5 day that included the cycle, a baseball rarity. "He sure was a wrecking ball today," said Trenton manager following his club's 11-4 taming of the Hartford Yard Goats. Steve Robbins hit an RBI single in the 1st, tripled in the 4th, struck out in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Bubba Tennant in the 6th and doubled in the 8th.
