Fintel Crowned Batter of the Month in July Thursday, August 1st , 2030 When Steve Fintel stepped up to the plate in July he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the High-A Central Batter of the Month award. The young Fort Wayne left fielder posted a .360 batting average with 5 home runs, 23 RBIs and scored 23 runs. Fintel also worked pitchers for 19 walks to post a .495 on-base percentage. To date this year Fintel is batting .315 with 9 home runs. |
