GreenJackets Kevon Cooper Down and Out for Year
Friday, June 21st , 2030
Doctors in Augusta said Kevon Cooper might not play anymore this year. The GreenJackets starting pitcher suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament during a game against the Delmarva Shorebirds and will be out for at least 10 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.

This year Cooper has worked 59 innings with 55 strikeouts en route to a 4-3 record and 4.27 ERA.
