Dodgers Prevail, as Round 3 Goes to the Wire Saturday, October 27th , 2029 The joy and relief on the faces of the Los Angeles (DSL) Dodgers players was obvious as they celebrated their Round 3 win over the Colorado (DSL) Rockies. "In a series like this, the smallest thing can make the difference in how it turns out," said Los Angeles (DSL) third baseman Yukitoshi Kuroda, shortly after the 7-1 win that clinched the series 4-3. "We're happy we did what it takes to get it done." The team is now off to the Round 4. Kuroda won series MVP honors on the strength of his .417 batting average during the series. He also had a .588 on-base percentage and 0 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 7 runs. The Los Angeles (DSL) Dodgers will play against the New Jersey (DSL) Pioneers in the next round.
