Round 4 to New Jersey (DSL) Monday, November 5th , 2029 It's party time in New Jersey (DSL). The confetti is flying and residents are smiling. The New Jersey (DSL) Pioneers have reached the mountaintop, capturing the 2029 Round 4 today. They defeated the Los Angeles (DSL) Dodgers 5-2 at Port Au Prince Fields to officially wrap up the series 4-2. Asked how it feels to be a champion, center fielder Dave Gray was to the point. "It feels great, like a million bucks. I'm so happy right now, not just for me but for all the guys," he said. "We put a lot of work into this and deserve to be champions." The team is planning a victory parade and fan appreciation day later in the week. New Jersey (DSL) finished the regular season 50-12 and claimed first place in the Boca Chica West. View Boxscore |
