Boston (DSL) Loses Smit for Year Saturday, September 7th , 2030 Frank Smit will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Boston (DSL) starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Smit was injured while throwing a pitch in the Red Sox-Guardians clash at Academia de Prospecto Complex recently. Doctors said he has shoulder inflammation and would be out a minimum of 6 months. In pitching stats this season Smit has rung up 4 wins and no losses in 8 games. He has an ERA of 2.50 and has fanned 37 batters in 36 innings. |
