Oakland (DSL) Wins Top Spot in Boca Chica Northwest Division Tuesday, September 24th , 2030 Chris Gilbert of the Oakland (DSL) Athletics said it would "mean so much" to the city if they could bring home a championship. The club has taken an important first step, clinching the Boca Chica Northwest Division. "The city is hungry for a winner and for a team they can get behind. I think we're that team," he said. "It's time to bring a Round 4 to Oakland (DSL)." It's the club's 5th division title. "We may not be the most experienced playoff team, but we've got a lot of heart," the starting pitcher said. |
