Chicago N (DSL) Wins Round 1 Saturday, October 5th , 2030 The Chicago N (DSL) Cubs out-dueled and outgunned the Seattle (DSL) Mariners in the Round 1 and are on to the next round. Chicago N (DSL) won the final game 16-8 at Las Palmas Complex and the series 4-1. Al Medrano was named series MVP for a strong offensive performance during the Round 1. He had a .474 average with a .583 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 7 runs. "I was seeing the ball well and glad to help my team out and get us to the Round 2," he said. The Chicago N (DSL) Cubs will play against the New Jersey (DSL) Pioneers in the next round.
