The Clearwater third baseman just broke into the majors this year and now the Low-A Southeast has just picked him as its top hitter for June. In 26 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .402 with 5 home runs, 25 RBIs and 27 runs scored. During the current season Cossette is batting at a .394 clip with 10 home runs and 55 RBIs. He has played in 60 games and scored 55 times. |
