Astros Win at Texas, 2-1

The Houston Astros faced a tough opponent in Texas pitcher Raúl Cantó, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington by a final score of 2-1. Cantó went 7 innings and allowed 1 earned run. Norris Barton, credited with the win, is now 12-7. He allowed 1 run on 7 hits in 8 innings. Houston, now 90-64, holds third place in the American League Southern Division.
This game was not decided until late. With one out in the top of the ninth, Travis Olson hit a run-scoring double. The Astros took the lead, 2-1.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Olson told the Houston Daily.
