Led by Greg McIntosh, the Cincinnati Reds defeated the Milwaukee Brewers, 9-4. McIntosh went 4 for 5 with 2 home runs and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for the Reds. Cincinnati reliever Phil Gladue was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Héctor Alemán took the loss.

Guo-xiu Tse, who won the Rookie of the Year Award in 2070, helped out the Cincinnati cause in the bottom of the first inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the left fielder went 2-4 with 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
