He hasn't been around the league long enough to fully know the ropes yet, despite the fact that he's putting up veteran-like numbers. In September the New York hitter tagged opposing pitching for a .351 average with 33 hits, 7 home runs and 22 RBIs. So far this season Yamaguchi has hit .247 with 17 home runs, 63 RBIs and scored 51 times. |
