Miami-Philadelphia Announce Deal Monday, June 15th , 2071 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Miami Marlins and the Philadelphia Phillies have agreed to a deal that will have 23-year old minor league RF John Myers, a 5th round draft pick, and a 6th round draft pick heading to Philadelphia in exchange for 29-year old LF Armando Gracía. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. So far this year in 62 games Gracía is hitting .283 with 20 home runs, 44 RBIs and 50 runs scored. |
