Grizzlies Domingo Rosas Down and Out for Year
Tuesday, September 2nd , 2070
Domingo Rosas of the Grizzlies just might have to call it quits for the season. The 26-year-old Fresno second baseman received a possible season-ending injury against the Sacramento River Cats recently at Raley Field. Rosas suffered a torn labrum while colliding with a player at a base. The Grizzlies medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 7 months.
Presently Rosas is batting .276 and has collected 3 home runs, 16 RBIs, .354 OBP and scored 23 runs.
