Twins Lose Lynch for Season
Friday, September 5th , 2070
When Max Lynch was hurt against the Yakima Bears, the NWL Twins were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 20-year-old closer suffered a damaged elbow ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Lynch would miss 13-14 months of the season.

Lynch has 5 relief appearances this season with no saves. Lynch has also compiled a 1-2 won-lost mark with a 8.00 ERA. In 9 innings he has fanned 8.
