Yamauchi SAL's Best of the Week

It was an exceptional week for Shigeru Yamauchi of the Hagerstown Suns.
First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .480 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the South Atlantic League. Last week Yamauchi went 12-for-25, notched 3 home runs and 10 RBIs and scored 9 runs. All in all, a very good week for him.
This year Yamauchi has hit at a .302 clip with 38 hits, 6 home runs, 28 RBIs and 27 runs scored.
