Kings Defeat Kiore, 3-2
The Tonga Kings wiggled past the Avarua Kiore, 3-2, at Ballpark of Avarua. The win was highlighted by the performance of Tonga pitcher Owen Rokobiau. Colin Rei came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 2.2 innings. His record now stands at 3-0. With the win, the Kings sit at 20-16.

Tonga used a timely hit from Norbert Louis to get the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run double in the top of the 13th inning to put the Kings ahead, 3-1. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"This game tested our mettle," said Louis.
