Ah Chong, Clippers Sink Kumuls Again in Game 2
Riding the 2-hit performance of left fielder Jayden Ah Chong, the Tafuna Clippers stopped the visiting Lae Kumuls, 7-3, in Game 2 of the Maui Shield today. Ah Chong went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for the Clippers, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 0.

Ah Chong had a critical at-bat in the bottom of the seventh for Tafuna, coming through with a grand slam home run to put Tafuna in front, 7-2.

Ah Chong called the win "a team effort."

Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday at Rainforest Park in Lae.
