Vanuatu Loses Edgardo Martínez for Season Tuesday, September 29th , 2065 Edgardo Martínez has to call it a season. The Vanuatu Vulcans center fielder sustained a season-ending injury against the Honiara Dragons and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Martínez was injured while making a defensive play. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn labrum and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months. This year Martínez has hit at a .258 clip with 10 RBIs, 1 home run and 12 runs scored. |
